    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire 32 achieving improvement of durability when internal pressure of the tire 32 is lowered by puncture while suppressing an increase in mass.SOLUTION: A tire 32 is assembled on an external surface of a toroidal core and is formed by being pressurized and heated in a cavity formed between a mold and the core. The tire 32 includes a tread 34, a pair of sidewalls 36, a pair of clinches 38, a pair of beads 40, a carcass 42 and a pair of load support layers 52. The load support layers 52 are composed of a material obtained by bridging rubber compositions including base material rubber and short fibers. Preferably, the carcass 42 includes a carcass ply 68. Each of the beads 40 includes a first core 62a and a second core 62b. An end of the carcass ply 68 is held between the first core 62a and the second core 62b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight on the premise that durability of a bead part of a pneumatic tire manufactured by a core molding method is maintained.
      SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is equipped with a pair of bead parts 1 and a carcass 5 which is troidally extended over between both bead parts and has a rubber coated cord 4. The carcass cord 4 continuously reciprocates between both bead parts at a predetermined circumferential direction pitch, and a loop part 6 is formed at an inner end in the tire radial direction. At least one annular cord 7 extended along the tire circumferential direction is disposed in the loop part 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which can make durability improvement highly compatible with weight reduction in the bead part of a tire having a nipped bead structure.
      SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire comprises a pair of bead parts 1, and a carcass ply 3 coating a ply cord 2 with rubber and extending between a pair of bead parts in a toroid-like manner. A pair of bead cores 5, 6 constituted by bundling bead wires 4, 5 extending in an approximately peripheral direction and positioned on inner and outer face sides of a radial carcass ply respectively are embedded in the bead part 1. A reinforcing layer 7 made of an organic fiber cord and rubber is located between the carcass ply 3 and at least one of the bead cores 5 and 6. The reinforcing layer 7 is preferably made by coating a plurality of cords 8 parallel arranged in a direction crossing with a tire peripheral direction C with rubber, and an angle α formed by the cords 8 and the tire peripheral direction is preferably within a range of 30°-70°.
