    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire capable of easily and precisely disposing a lug member to a tire case by maintaining an interval between lugs arranged along a circumference direction and an inclination angle to the circumference direction constant.SOLUTION: The method includes: separately forming a vulcanized lug member and a vulcanized tire case with a plurality of positioning recesses along the circumference direction respectively; arranging the obtained vulcanized lug member on the peripheral surface of the vulcanized tire case along the plurality of positioning recesses; and vulcanizing it via an adhesion layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an adequate tire by reproducing a spike so as to apply a large force from floor of a road to the tire having the spike and by producing an adequately improved tire. SOLUTION: In a spike for running surface of the vehicle tire, especially a winter season tire, a no-round, slender, and plate-like spike root 2 in the plan view, the largest entending part of the spike root forms a longitudinal axial line 7a, no-round, slender spike upper parts 4 and 5 in the plan view are provided, and the largest entending part of the spike upper parts forms a longitudinal axial line 6a. The spike root 2 and the spike upper parts 4 and 5 cross mutually, so that the longitudinal axial line 7a of the spike root 2 forms an angle 15 apart from zero with the longitudinal axial line 6a of the spike upper parts 4 and 5, the tire crosses a running surface 20 by respective roots 2 in the tire and has respective upper parts 4 and the plurality of spikes 1 projecting beyond the running surface at least partially, and the spikes are distributed and arranged over the width and the periphery of the running surface 20.
