    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for producing a modified sulfur solidified article which can be stored as a nonhazardous material and is easy to transport.
      SOLUTION: The system comprises: a tank for producing a modified sulfur 3 in which molten sulfur and a sulfur modifying agent are received from a tank for the molten sulfur 1 and a tank for the sulfur modifying agent 2 respectively to produce the modified sulfur by mixing and to heat the content at a predetermined temperature or higher; a tank for a modified sulfur intermediate material 5 in which the modified sulfur and fine aggregate are received from the tank for producing the modified sulfur 3 and a fine aggregate hot bin 4 respectively to produce the modified sulfur intermediate material and to heat the content at a predetermined temperature or higher; a kneader 7 in which the modified sulfur intermediate material and coarse aggregate are received from the tank for the modified sulfur intermediate material 5 and a coarse aggregate hot bin 6 respectively to knead and to heat the content at a predetermined temperature or higher; and a casting apparatus 8 in which the raw material kneaded in the kneader 7 is received to store, to heat the content at a predetermined temperature or higher, and the raw material therein is weighed and casted into a casting mold 36.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ready-mixed concrete good in workability by crushing concrete lumps so as to obtain a particle size distribution optimum for use as aggregate of ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: Concrete lumps are primarily crushed in the first crushing part 1, and this primary crushed matter A is distributed and discharged to the first pipeline 4 and the second pipeline 5 by a distribution part 3 capable of changing a distribution ratio.
