    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket type jaw crusher capable of rapidly coping with the change in the application of the kind of material to be crushed and with the exchange of the abrasion portion of a scooping part.SOLUTION: A rectangular vertical plate 21 extending vertically is formed in the almost middle of the longitudinal direction in a scooping part 2, and two bolt holes 211 are formed in left and right ends of the vertical plate 21, respectively. Flange parts 31 folded toward left and right sides respectively are formed on the front end of a crusher part 3, and two bolt holes 311 are formed in each of the flange parts 31. The rear face of the vertical plate 21 is abutted on the front faces of the flange parts 31 and the positions of the bolt holes 311 are aligned with those of the bolt holes 211. Thereafter, four bolts 22 are inserted into the bolt holes 311 and the bolt holes 211 and a nut 23 is fastened to each bolt 22, thereby fixing the scooping part 2 to the crusher part 3 in a detachable manner.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device capable of expanding and contracting at high speed and being miniaturized.
      SOLUTION: A piston barrel 5 having a piston part 5a at a base end is slidingly fitted in a hydraulic chamber 6 constituting front and rear hydraulic chambers 6a, 6b of a cylinder 3. A fixed piston 9 relatively slidingly fitted in the piston barrel 5 is fixed at a base of the cylinder 3, and attached to a tip of an axial pipe 12 in the piston barrel through the piston part 5a to provide a second hydraulic chamber 10 between the fixed piston 9 and the piston part 5a. The second hydraulic chamber 10 is made communicate to a second hydraulic gateway 15 provided on the cylinder 3 through a guide passage 13 composed of the axial pipe 12. When an expansion and contraction body comprising the cylinder 3 and the piston barrel 5 expands over each of the second hydraulic gateway 15, a first hydraulic gateway 11 communicating with the rear hydraulic chamber 6b, and a third hydraulic gateway 14 communicating with the front hydraulic chamber 6a, a hydraulic fluid in the second hydraulic chamber 10 merges with a hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to the rear hydraulic chamber 6b.
