    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunopotency-enhancing activator as a processed preparation where immunopotency-enhancing activity is synergistically expressed by using a combination of a plurality of fungi-cultured products obtained by culturing a plurality of fungi in respective brown rice media together with the media, and useful in applications including pharmaceuticals, specific health foods and health supplementary foods. SOLUTION: This immunopotency-enhancing activator consists of the processed preparation which is obtained by individually culturing, in the respective brown rice media, the plurality of fungi selected from the group consisting of Agaricus blazei, Phellinus linteus, Cordyceps cinensis, Grifola frondosa and Ganoderma lucidum and combining the resultant plurality of fungi-cultured products as processed materials together with the media. Another version of this activator consists of the processed preparation which is obtained by substituting Ganoderma lucidum basidiocarp for the Ganoderma lucidum cultured product among the above plurality of fungi-cultured products.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish culture conditions suitable for the large scale production of a pharmacologically active filtrate from an Antrodia camphorata culture by optimizing an agitation speed and/or pH value during the culture. SOLUTION: A process for producing the Antrodia camphorata culture having an pharmacological activity, comprises: (a) inoculating a mycelial inoculum of an isolate of Antrodia camphorata into a medium suitable for the growth of the isolate to result in a first culture; (b) subjecting the first culture cultivated in the step (a) to a first stage of agitation which is set at a first predetermined rate and for a first period of time to allow further growth of the inoculated isolate, so as to obtain a second culture proliferation containing the mycelium; and (c) subjecting the second culture obtained in the step (b) to a second stage of agitation which is set at a second predetermined rate different from the first predetermined rate, so as to subject the isolate under physiological stress.
