    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of leak currents without degrading instantaneous response characteristics. SOLUTION: An OA3 differentially amplifies a voltage held in a capacitor 6 and a voltage signal outputted from a front-stage amplification circuit 2. It outputs a differential signal and charges a capacitor 6 with a positive electric charge by way of an FET5. A gate voltage control circuit 4 applies a negative bias according to environmental condition and process fluctuation of the FET5, and then applies a gate voltage to the FET5. Here, the gate voltage control circuit 4 increases the negative bias that is applied on the gate voltage under the condition that a leak current of the FET5 increases. The FET5 becomes conductive according to the gate voltage, and charges the capacitor 6 with a positive electric charge using a differential signal outputted from the OA3. The capacitor 6 holds peak level of the voltage signal outputted from the front-stage amplification circuit 2 by being charged with a positive electric charge by the differential signal outputted from the OA3.
