    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal amplifier circuit suppressing noise.
      SOLUTION: An inverting amplifier 10 for driving a headphone 6 through an output capacitor C2 includes: an operation amplifier 14; an input resistance Ri having a first terminal for receiving an audio signal VI to be amplified and a second terminal connected to an inverting input terminal (-) of the operation amplifier 14; and a feedback resistance Rfb having a first terminal connected to an inverting input terminal (+) of the operation amplifier 14 and a second terminal connected to an output terminal of the operation amplifier 14. A reference voltage source 20 generates a bias voltage Vb and supplies it to a non-inverting input terminal (+) of the operation amplifier 14. A discharge path 12 includes a discharge resistance Rdis and a first switch SW1 disposed in series between an output terminal of the reference voltage source 20 and a fixed voltage terminal. A second switch SW2 is disposed between the output terminal of the operation amplifier 14 and a node on the discharge path 12 with a potential higher than the discharge resistance Rdis.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature dependence of an emitter voltage of an operating transistor.SOLUTION: A bias current Ib is supplied to a base of an operating transistor Q8 via a first resistance R3 and a first transistor Q7. At least one current mirror circuit is included, and a corresponding current Ib' depending on the bias current Ib flows to a second transistor Q3. A third transistor Q2 has a base connected in common with the first transistor and passes the corresponding current Ib', and a second resistance R2 causes a voltage drop corresponding to a voltage drop at the first resistance R3. A fourth transistor Q1 receives a reference voltage Vref at an emitter side and has a base connected to an emitter side of the third transistor Q2. 1VBE of the operating transistor Q8 is canceled by 1VBE of the fourth transistor Q1, and 1VBE of the first transistor Q7 is canceled by 1VBE of the third transistor Q2, so that the reference voltage Vref is set on an emitter side of the operating transistor Q8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transconductor tuning circuit in which a change in characteristic caused by an external environmental factor is reduced by expanding the range of an operation frequency.
      SOLUTION: The transconductor tuning circuit is provided with first and second MOS transistors respectively connecting their source terminals to a power supply voltage and mutually connecting their gate terminals and their drain terminal to be an MOS diode structure, and a first error amplifier respectively connecting the gate terminals of the first MOS transistor and the second MOS transistor with its input terminals for outputting its output signal as a bias signal for controlling tuning of the transconductor. In such a transconductor tuning circuit, the control range of transconductance is expanded and high speed control is made possible.
