    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of linearity and a gain of an amplifier circuit, in a bias circuit which supplies bias to an analog circuit such as the amplifier circuit.
      SOLUTION: A gm compensation current source 13 controls current that runs through a current source transistor 21 and source-grounded transistors 22, 23, that determine a gain, of an amplifier circuit 200 so that mutual conductance gm of the source-grounded transistors 22, 23 is compensated and the gain is compensated. A 1/r current source 14 runs current inversely proportional to variation of load resistors 26, 27 of the amplifier circuit 200 so that gate bias points of gate-grounded transistors 24, 25 that are connected to the source-grounded transistors 22, 23 remain constant, and deterioration of linearity at a drain terminal of a gate-grounded transistor is suppressed.

      SOLUTION: The transconductor has first and second transistors which each have a first gate, a second gate, a source, and a drain, where the first gate and second gate can independently be controlled, a difference voltage input can be supplied between both first gates, sources are connected to each other, and a first control voltage can be supplied to both second gates in common, and both drains are differential current output terminals; third and fourth transistors which have connections similar to those of the first and second transistors, where polarities from differential voltage inputs to differential current output terminals are opposite to each other and both drains are connected to the drains of the first and second transistors; and a current source which is connected between both sources of the first and second transistors and between sources of the third and fourth transistors.
