    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device that continuously changes the number of stages of integration for integration exposure. SOLUTION: In the solid-state image pickup device 1, an overflow gate (OFG) 5 has a predetermined electrical resistance, and voltage-applying parts 16 1 to 16 5 are electrically connected to the OFG 5 at connection parts 17 1 to 17 5 .
