    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device in which the configuration of a magnetic field generation means is made simple by using a compact solenoid magnet (an air-core coil), and as a result, the weight and the height of the device are reduced, and the installation area is almost equalized to that of a known device, and which can be installed in a regular clean room, and treat a large amount of large objects to be treated compared with a conventional practice.
