    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a tape path and to mount a more miniaturized mechanism having reliability secured by reducing tape damage during the loading/ unloading of a magnetic tape and reducing a gap between a cylinder and a cassette to a limit.
      SOLUTION: The upper part of a cylinder 38 is cut off, a T3 post 51 as a tilt post is integrally provided between a T1 post 46 as a tilt post and a capstan 50 in a capstan housing 52, the drooping of a cassette lid is prevented by the upper part of the capstan housing 52 and, further, the tape guiding member of each tape traveling system is optimally positioned and supported, and thus a highly reliable and very small magnetic recording/reproducing device is provided.

    • PURPOSE: To avoid a damage of a magnetic tape according to a notch section and to enhance an image quality of a reproduced image by making small a width of the notch section gradually as the width of the notch section along a rotating direction of a rotating cylinder is separated from the magnetic head.
      CONSTITUTION: End sections 1a, 11b are together tapered with respect to an end section 2a opposing to a fixed cylinder 3 of a rotating cylinder 2. Accordingly, a surface shape of a notch 11 is wise in width in the vicinity of a magnetic head 10 and narrower in width in a direction shown in an arrow C as separating from the magnetic head 10 to form a trapezoid. Such surface-shaped notch 11 has a small area and an attracting amount of a magnetic tape is small. Since an angle formed by the end sections 11a, 11b of the notch section 11 and an upper section 11c thereof becomes mild, a flow of an air in the notch 11 is relatively smooth, a turbulence of the flow is decreased and a vibration of the magnetic tape is reduced. Thereby, the damage of the magnetic tape by the notch is prevented and the quality of the image of a reproduced image.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the coaxial degree of a rotary transformer and a fitting disk, and also to improve workability by providing a shaft, a tapered member which is provided coaxially and can be engaged with the inside circumference or the outside circumference of a rotary core, and an energizing means for energizing said member upward. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor core 5b is inserted into a shaft 10, a tapered member 12 is engaged with its inside circumference, and centering is executed. The fitting disk 7 energized downward by a spring 18, and the rotor core 5b are left for a prescribed time in a state that they are press-welded, and after the adhesive agent is hardened, the upper and lower pressing members 15, 16 and the fitting disk 7 and the rotor core 5b which are formed as one body are detached by drawing the fixed pins 19, 19 to the outside. In this way, a coaxial degree to the shaft is obtained with high accuracy, and it is possible to obtain a guide cylinder whose dynamic balance is good at the time of its rotation.
