摘要： PURPOSE:To carry and clean a receptive body with a high reliability by constituting a device with a receptive body, a rotating brush, a wire consisting of a resin, a metal, or the like which is provided between a carrying plate and the center of the rotating brush and faces the carrying plate through a certain gap and is stretched in the carrying direction of the receptive body. CONSTITUTION:A receptive body 2 which passes a fixing device is curled by heat, and the fixed receptive body 2 is carried by carrying rolls 8. The carried receptive body 2 passes between a carrying plate 3 and a wire 5 and reaches a rotating brush 4. The receptive body 2 passes between the rotating brush 4 and the carrying plate 3, and a toner 1 on the receptive body 2 is removed by the rotatory frictional force of fur 4b of the rotating brush 4, and the removed toner 1 is stuck electrostatically to fur 4b electrified by friction. Next, the toner 1 stuck to fur 4b by rotation of the rotating brush 4 is removed by the force of inertia of this toner 1 and contacting with a doctor 7 and is stored in a recovery box 6. The receptive body 2 is carried by carrying rolls 9, and the toner 1 on the receptive body 2 is removed successively by the rotating brush 4, thus completing cleaning of the receptive body 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a brush slide-contact exactly to a roller by providing an energizing member for energizing forcibly the brush supported by a supporting arm, to the roller side. CONSTITUTION:While carrying of a sheet paper is repeated, a brush 20 is worn out, and when the tip of the brush 20 is curled, a spring 21 is expanded gradually by a reduced portion of an abutting pressure of the brush to an upper resist roller 16a, which is generated by this bend, and by that portion, a supporting arm 18 is rotated clockwise gradually. Also, the tip of the brush 20 is made to approach the upper resist roller 16a side by its friction portion, and a slide-contact state of the brush 20 comes to be held in a constant state. In this way, even if the brush 20 is worn out and deformed while the slide-contact to the upper resist roller 16a is repeated, if its deformation is within a prescribed range, the brush 20 can always be made to slide-contact to the upper resist roller 16a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry an accepting body highly reliably by properly bending a rotary brush removing toner on the accepting body and positions close to both the side end parts of the accepting body and providing the titled device with a roller for correcting the curl of the accepting body and a wire for pressing the leading end of the accepting body. CONSTITUTION:Toner is heated to sublime sublimate dye contained in the toner, react the dye with a developing agent on the surface of the accepting body and develop the surface of the accepting body. Since the toner 1 is not thermally adhered to the surface of the accepting body 2, the toner can be simply removed from the surface of the accepting body 2 and the accepting body 2 passed through a fixing unit is curled by heat. CONSTITUTION:The member 15 for removing paper dust formed by molding the fine brush 16 consisting of a stainless steel or carbon fibers, etc. integrally with a support having conductivity or sandwiching the same by aluminum sheets is provided in such a manner that the brush 16 contacts with the surface of one roller 11a and copying paper 10. The paper dust sticking on the timing roller 11a and the copying paper 10 is removed by the brushes 16, 16 made into such constitution. Since the brush 16 is formed of the conductive member and is grounded, the electrostatic charge thereof by friction is eliminated and the paper dust is easily removed. The copying paper surface is cleaned and fed to the transfer paper and therefore the image quality of a copy is improved.

Though silicone oil wettings 21 and 22 is caused in the center of the image area in a conventional case, silicone oil wetting is caused in the leading edge part of the form 5 only slightly and is almost eliminated in this constitution.

Thus the paper dust can be assuredly eliminated with a simple constitution.
