    • PURPOSE:To easily obtain an extracted image from an original image by interposing a layer having diffusibility to radiation between a negative or positive recording body for the original image and its reversal recording body, bringing the superposed material into contact with a photosensitive recording body, and irradiating them from the side of the recording body for the original image. CONSTITUTION:For example, a layer 2 of a substance having diffusibility to radiation such as visible light, ultraviolet rays, infrared rays of X-rays is interposed between a positive recording body 1 for an original image and a negative recording body 3. The layer 2 is a thermoplastic resin sheet having regular unevenness on the surface or a Fresnel lens sheet, or it is made of phosphor, light refracting substance or the like. A photosensitive recording body 4 is brought into contact with the surface of the recording body 3 and irradiated from the recording body 1 side. Thus, an image corresponding to the desired part such as geology or geographical features of the original image is extracted in the recording body 4 by density extraction or density difference extraction, and multipurpose image processing can be performed easily only by photogaphic processing.
