摘要：【解決手段】本発明の主目的は、摩擦または摩擦係数に依存せず高トルクを伝達する能力により、入力が均一で安定しているとき均一で安定した出力を提供することにある。今日の市場における無段変速機の大半は摩擦に依存するものであるため、高トルクを伝達する能力に欠ける。摩擦に依存しない無段変速機の場合、入力が均一で安定している場合でも、出力は均一で安定したものでない。本設計は、サイズを全体的に縮小し、経済的に大量生産することを支援する。また、本設計は、任意のシステムに容易に一体化可能である。また、本設計は、高荷重用から低荷重用まで多目的使用が可能である。また、本設計は従来の伝動機と交換可能であり変更を殆ど必要としない。また、本設計は定常同軸入力および出力のオプションを提供する。

摘要：変速比を変更するための別アクチュエータを必要とせず、負荷に感応して変速させ、小型化、低コスト化、大きな変速比をとれる無段変速機である。回転を、連結棒18を介してロッカーアーム4を往復運動させ、さらにこのストロークを変更する手段を設け、ロッカーアーム4が往復運動のどちら側に駆動しても、出力軸2を1方向に駆動するように構成して、無段変速機とする。この往復運動のストロークの変更は、入力側回転体13は、付勢バネ12を介して出力側回転体14を駆動するように構成し、負荷が大きくなるとクランク軸レバーをカム溝13dにより、時計まわりに回転させ、QS間距離が短くなりストロークが変更できる。このストロークが変化することで、出力軸のトルクと回転数が変化する。
