    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device applying a small load to a motor even in the state of not transmitting torque and capable of being operated silently.
      SOLUTION: The clutch device 1 is equipped with an inner gear 2b whereto the torque of the motor is transmitted at all times, racks 3 to mesh with the inner gear 2b, a holder 5 to hold the racks 3 slidably and rotating together with the inner gear 2b with the torque of the inner gear 2b being transmitted through the rack 3, and an outer gear 4 rotatable relatively with respect to the holder 5. When the inner gear 2b rotates in the prescribed direction, the forefront of the rack 3 protrudes to outside the holder 5 and abuts to a projection 4a formed inside the outer gear 4 to cause the torque to be transmitted. When the inner gear 2b rotates in the opposite direction, the forefront of the rack 3 does not protrude outside of the holder 5, and no torque is transmitted to the outer gear 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary damper device that enables simple and reliable coupling structure between a rotor shaft and a rotary member connected to the rotor shaft.SOLUTION: The rotary damper device 1 includes: a damper housing 11 housing viscous fluid; a rotor 12 provided with a rotor blade 28 rotatably accommodated in the damper housing, and a rotor shaft 29 protruded from the rotor blade to the outside of the damper housing; and a one-way clutch 3 connected to the protrusion end of the rotor shaft. The one-way clutch comprises an insertion hole 43 through which the protrusion end of the rotor shaft passes, and a pair of regulation walls 44 which are vertically disposed so as to face each other via an insertion hole on pore edges on the side opposite to the damper housing side of the insertion hole, and the protrusion end of the rotor shaft is heated and deformed while passing through the insertion hole, is protruded in the radial direction of the rotor shaft along a gap between the regulation walls, and is engaged with the pore edge of the insertion hole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch, in which calmness and durability are further improved.
      SOLUTION: This one-way clutch comprises an outer member 4 having an internal gear 2, an inner member 5 having a recessed part 6 in an outer circumferential part, that is relatively rotatable coaxially with the outer member, a planetary gear 7 loosely contained in the recessed part, and engaged with the internal gear to roll, and a cut part (cut face 11) formed at a connection part in the outer circumferential surface of the inner member to the recessed part. When the inner member is rotated in one direction to the outer member, the planetary gear is freely rotated in the recess in accordance with that rotation. When the inner member is rotated in the other direction to the outer member, teeth as part of the planetary gear that is rotated in accordance with that rotation is engaged with the cut part. The planetary gear is composed to be contained in the recessed part through a moving range regulating means (circumferential slit 14) in diametric and circumferential directions.
