    • PURPOSE:To dispose a hydraulic fluid feed pump at a spot proximate to a flow rate adjusting device as well as to aim at shortening the length of piping, etc., by attaching a timing gear to a sleeve situated at the side of an output shaft and solidly rotating together with an input shaft as one body. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 5 is solidly attached to the right inner end part of an input shaft 3. A sleeve 6 is stuck fast to the surface part of a counter-input side of the impeller and supported by a bearing 8 installed inside a body casing 1. A centrifugal pump 15 is rotatively driven by a timing gear 16 via an intermediate gear 17. The hydraulic fluid discharged out of a hydraulic pump 15 flows in a right side chamber of the impeller 5 by way of a fluid passage 6a made up between the sleeve 6 and an output shaft 9 and moreover fed to a left side chamber of the impeller 5 by way of a fluid passage 12a made up at the inside of a boss part of a runner 12.

    • PURPOSE:To make hydraulic fluid possible to be efficiently cooled with a simple and compact structure as well as to eliminate any fear of causing the hydraulic fluid to be diluted or deteriorated, by setting up a cooling pipe inside an oil tank in a body casing. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 3 is supported by a bearing 2 at the one end side of a body casing 1 while an output shaft 9 is supported by a bearing 11 installed in a bearing 10 at the other end side and the bearing 11 in a flange 4 at the right inner end part of the input shaft 3. Inside an oil tank 13 at the lower part of the body casing 1, two sets of cooling pipes 40 and 40' being coiled in spiral form are set up in parallel, allowing a refrigerant to flow into these pipes, and the hydraulic fluid is thus cooled. All spaces existing between each of lap wound coil parts of the cooling pipe 40 are to be narrowed as small as possible so that the efficiency of heat exchange is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To make the installation of a pump to a body casing easily and surely achievable, by fitting the tip part of piping attached solidly to a centrifugal pump in advance, in the setting port of a flow rate adjusting device as a featured constitution. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal pump 15 is insert from an insertion port 1a made up at the bottom of a body casing 1 beneath an oil tank 14 and installed by a clamping bolt 41. At a discharge port 15a of the centrifugal pump 15, there is provided with piping 19 arranged almost vertically in advance, and when the centrifugal pump 15 is installed, the upper end part of the piping 19 is inserted into a setting port 20a of an inflow chamber 20a in a flow rate adjusting device 20 and fitted therein. Therefore, the piping 19 interconnecting the pump 15 with the flow rate adjusting device 20 can be certainly connected with a one-touch motion.

    • PURPOSE:To reliably accomplish operation of a driven side by disposing a variable-flow bybass valve in such a manner as to permit a part of working liquid to leak out in a housing, and connecting device corresponding to the status of the driven side to the valve in variable-filling fluid coupling. CONSTITUTION:A working liquid chambe 18 of a fluid coupling is provide with a working liquid passage 41, and a control device 58 for controlling an opening of a variable-flow bypass valve 43 in such manner that a designated amount of the working liquid is forced to flow into an inflow port 19a through the working liquid passage 41 by chaning the leakage amount of the working liquid from the variable-flow bypass valve 43, that is, the bypass amount. Accordingly, the transmission torque capacity of a driven runner is changed to restore discharge pressure of a centrifugal pump to a designated value, so that the operation of driven side can be reliably accomplished.

    • PURPOSE:To make several types of intermediate gears attachable, as interchanged, to an identical bearing bush, by having the bearing bush of these intermediate gears fitted in a bearing body installed inside a body casing.
