    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor which can improve a vibration proof of terminal connection section for motor, and prevent a disconnecting/short-break from occurring while keeping excellent productivity.
      SOLUTION: The electric compressor, which houses an electric motor for compressor mechanism drive and accommodates a connection portion between an external terminal for power supply to the electric motor and an end of wire from a stator of the electric motor, has a vibration proof means for mechanically preventing at least one failure among open circuit caused by vibration, electrical short-break and a damage of insulating member in the above-mentioned connection portion and/or connection portion periphery.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a compressor for preventing a discharge passage from essentially becoming a dead volume to compression operation by arranging a discharge valve at a position extremely close to a discharge hole provided at the center position of each compression mechanism by devising the shape of the discharge valve.
      SOLUTION: The compressor comprises fixed scrolls of first and second compression mechanisms integrated into a fixed scroll member, and guides a compression medium to a discharge chamber through a discharge passage formed in the fixed scroll member from a discharge hole at the center of each compression mechanism. A discharge valve for controlling the discharge of the compression medium comprises a valve section for controlling the opening/closing of the discharge hole; an elastically deformed arm section that is connected to the valve section and is extended to the exit of the discharge passage along the discharge passage; and a fixed section that is connected to the arm section and is fixed to the fixed scroll member.
