SOLUTION: The hydraulic motor parking brake comprises a rotary shaft 2 that is supported by a casing 1 and is rotated around the axis 10 and a cylinder block 3 fixed to the rotary shaft 2; a brake disk 5 that is supported so that it cannot be rotated at a cylinder block outer periphery 31 and can come into contact with a casing inner periphery step section 16; an annular brake piston 4 that is supported so that it can travel in an axial direction between a casing inner-periphery wall 18 and the cylinder block 3 and can come into contact with the brake disk 5; and a spring subassembly 60 that is arranged between a casing inner wall 19 and the brake piston 4, and fixes coil springs 6 that are equally and annularly arranged to one annular retainer 61 so that it can be energized toward the brake disk 5 over the entire periphery of the brake piston 4.
