    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type fluid energy conveyor capable of more simply and easily forming a force couple with hydraulic pressure while achieving reduced size and weight, a lower price, a longer life and improved starting torque efficiency by forming the force couple with hydraulic pressure to cancel the bearing load of a radial cylinder type static pressure fluid pump or a motor and eliminate the need for a great capacity rolling bearing. SOLUTION: A static pressure pad 6 held by a casing 5 is provided outside a polygon ring 4 at a position perpendicular to the eccentric direction of a pintle 1. Pressure which is received by a pad-side half-cycle cylinder 21 is introduced into a holding hole 51 to form the force couple with inward force F generated by the slide contact of the static pressure pad with the outer face of the polygon ring and resultant force (an average between Fh3 and Fh4) of outward radial force which is received by the pad-side half-cycle inside plane face of the polygon ring.
