    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve and a micro fluid pump having the valve comprising a discharge pipe filled with liquid to have a predetermined resistance pressure, and exhausting gas to the outside through the discharge pipe when pressure higher than the resistance pressure of the discharge pipe is applied into a capillary tube. SOLUTION: The micro fluid pump having the valve 2 comprises the capillary tube 1 through which a fluid flows, a transfer pipe 3 connected to one side of the capillary tube and provided with an inflow check valve 31 and a discharge check valve 32 inside, and a gas supply means 4 supplying gas so that the fluid in the capillary tube can flow. One side of the capillary tube is further provided with a valve comprising a discharge pipe 21 communicating with the inside of the capillary tube, and filled with liquid inside to have the predetermined resistance pressure and opened on one side, and constituted to exhaust gas in the capillary tube through the discharge pipe when the gas pressure in the capillary tube exceeds the resistance pressure of the discharge pipe.
