    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module where electrodes, P type semiconductors, and N type semiconductors are formed on a substrate by a printing method.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module includes: an upper substrate 110 and a lower substrate 120 which have upper and lower surfaces made of a ceramic or aluminum and generate or absorb heat; electrodes 130 which are formed on one-side surfaces of the upper substrate 110 and the lower substrate 120 by screen printing a paste formed by mixing an electric conductive metal with an organic solvent and guide flow of provided electric supply; and multiple P type semiconductors 140 and multiple N type semiconductors 150 which are separated from each other between the electrodes 130 and are formed by screen printing a paste formed by mixing electrothermal powder with an organic solvent. The upper substrate 110, the lower substrate 120, the electrodes 130, the P type semiconductors 140, and the N type semiconductors 150 are concurrently heated and pressurized and are joined to each other at the same time as sintering.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weldable ultra-high strength steel which has excellent low-temperature toughness, and to provide a method for producing the same.
      SOLUTION: The ultra-high strength steel is produced by adding environment-friendly copper (Cu) and boron (B) as low-valence elements to a low carbon-low alloy based steel. The steel contains 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% copper and an extra-trace amount of boron, and a part or all of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb, V, Ti and Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity thereof. The steel has a fine structure in which the ratio of a mixed structure of tempered martensite and bainite is ≥90%. By controlling an ECO alloy index (by weight%, Mn%+2Ni%+0.5Cu%+4Mo%) to ≤4.5, the economical production of the ultra-high strength steel having a yield strength of ≥1.1 GPa (>150 by API specifications) and having low temperature impact energy of ≥200 J is possible.
