    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper frame structure which can support a cab attached to the upper frame when a load in the vertical upper direction is imposed on the upper frame to such an extent that the structure of the cab undergoes a plastic deformation caused by upset of construction equipment or the like.
      SOLUTION: The upper frame structure supporting the cab of the construction machinery includes a floor board, a center frame, and a left-hand side frame. A turning ring gear is provided to the floor board, and the center frame, which consists of a pair of side boards, is vertically fixed to the floor board and is provided with working equipment. Then the left-hand side frame attached to the left side of the center frame is provided with the cab. The upper frame structure includes a reinforcing member and a fastening member. One end of the reinforcing member is welded and fixed to the side of the side board of the center frame, and the other end is welded and fixed to the side of the left-hand side frame. The cab is attached to the reinforcing member. Then the fastening member is provided to the floor board so that it can offset a load imposed on the cab in the vertical upper direction or a load imposed on the cab in the side direction. The fastening member is used for fixing the reinforcing member to the floor board.

A side wall part 38 of the vertical wall 33 is inclined forward through a folding part 33A, and a side wall part 38 of the rear vertical wall 34 is inclined through a folding part 34A. The vertical walls 33, 34 are inclined so as to be transferred forward and backward as it comes close to a side frame 7. With this structure, the stress to be applied to the truck frame can be distributed.
