摘要： 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 펠렛의 제조 방법은 페로니켈 제조 공정 중 발생된 더스트를 회수하여 준비하는 과정, 페로니켈 제조 공정 중 발생된 슬래그인 제 1 슬래그 및 페로니켈 제조 공정 외의 공정에서 발생되는 부산물을 이용하여 바인더를 제조하는 과정 및 더스트와 바인더를 혼합, 조립하여 펠렛을 제조하는 과정을 포함한다.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 펠렛의 제조 방법에 의하면, 종래에 비해 저가의 비용으로 바인더를 제조할 수 있다. 그리고 실시예들에 따른 바인더를 이용하여 페로니켈 제조를 위한 원료인 펠렛을 제조하는데, 종래의 바인더를 이용하여 제조된 펠렛과 강도가 유사하거나, 강도가 향상된 펠렛을 제조할 수 있다.
