摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a raw material powder for an ABO 3 -type dielectric ceramic such as BaTiO 3 , which powder contains fine particles and has a uniform composition. SOLUTION: The raw material powder for a BaTiO 3 -based dielectric ceramic is obtained by adsorbing an organic high molecular compound onto a carbonate powder of A element, such as BaCO 3 powder, then mixing an oxide powder of B element, such as TiO 2 powder, with the carbonate powder of the A element, and calcining the mixed powder. 摘要： Manufacture of a raw dielectric ceramic powder involves providing a mixture of a carbonate powder having an organic polymer adsorbed on it and an oxide powder, and calcining the mixture. Making a raw dielectric ceramic powder having a composition of formula, ABO 3, involves providing a mixture of a carbonate powder of A having an organic polymer adsorbed on it and an oxide powder of B, and calcining the mixture. A : Ba, Ca, Sr, and/or Mg; B : Ti and/or Zr. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a method of making a dielectric ceramic, which involves making a raw dielectric ceramic powder, adding binder and solver to the raw dielectric ceramic powder to prepare a ceramic slurry, molding the ceramic slurry to form a green dielectric ceramic compact, and firing the green dielectric ceramic compact; (b) a monolithic ceramic capacitor comprising a laminate (2) comprising dielectric ceramic layers (3) and internal electrodes (4, 5) extending along predetermined interfaces between dielectric ceramic layers, and external electrodes (8, 9) disposed on the exterior surface of the laminate to be electrically connected to the predetermined internal electrodes; (c) a method for fabricating a monolithic ceramic capacitor, which involves making a raw dielectric ceramic powder, adding binder and solvent to the raw dielectric ceramic powder, forming a green ceramic laminate comprising green ceramic layers comprising the ceramic slurry and internal electrodes extending along the predetermined interfaces of the ceramic layers, and firing the green ceramic laminate; and (d) a carbonate powder of at least one of barium, calcium, strontium, and magnesium, with a specific surface area of >= 10 m 2>/g and having an organic polymer compound having a molecular weight of 1000-100000 adsorbed onto the surface of the powder, where the amount of the organic polymer compound adsorbed is 0.1-5 wt.% of the amount of the carbonate powder.
