When the loading base 12 is stored in the case 14, the upper part thereof is covered by the top plate part of the case 14, and the rear part thereof is covered by the rear part 14E of the case 14. A front side plate 18 is installed on the loading base 12 so as to be moved in the longitudinal direction, and a left side plate 22 and right side plate 24 are installed thereon so as to be moved in the lateral direction. The installation positions of the front side plate 18, the left side-plate 22, and the right side plate 24 are adjusted according to the size of the paper bundle to surround the periphery of the paper bundle.
