    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure for a dash cross member in a vehicle front body in which a burden onto a floor side member is reduced by efficiently distributing a load on a floor tunnel and a degree of freedom in layout can be secured since the dash cross member does not interfere with an engine, its piping, pedals or a steering shaft.SOLUTION: A dash cross member 12 disposed between front side members 5 in a vehicle width direction is divided into three portions which are both side portions 121 and a central portion 122. Both the side portions 121 are bonded to the side of a front face 4F of a dash panel 4, and outer ends 121c of both the side portions 121 are tilted to the front side of a vehicle body and bonded to the front side members 5, respectively. The central portion 122 is bonded to the side of a rear face 4R of the dash panel 4 and the connecting part of both the side portions 121 and the central portion 122 of the dash cross member 12 is formed in such a manner that the cross section of the connecting part of the central portion 122 and both the side portions 121 is continued over the front and rear faces of the dash panel 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frontal structure of a vehicle which improves strength of a dashboard lower against frontal collision load.SOLUTION: Beads 101, 102 are formed along the extending direction of a floor frame 91, on a tilted wall 12 of a dashboard lower 10. Upper ends 101a, 102a of the beads 101, 102 are connected to a longitudinal wall 11 of the dashboard lower 10, while lower ends 101b, 102b are connected to a horizontal wall 7 of the dashboard lower 10. The bead 101 are formed so that a ridge line 101c overlaps the ridge line 91a of the floor frame 91 in the vertical direction.
