    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control apparatus in which degradation in a clutch is suppressed and which also achieves improved drivability.SOLUTION: The vehicle control apparatus includes: a driving source to output a driving force of a vehicle; a clutch interposed between the driving source and a driving wheel and generating a transmitted torque capacity based on a commanded hydraulic pressure; a travelling mode in which the clutch is slip-controlled and a rotational speed is controlled in such a manner that the rotational speed in a driving source-side element of the clutch is higher by a predetermined number than the rotational speed of a driving wheel-side element of the clutch; a vehicle stop state determining means determining a stop state of the vehicle; a torque detecting means detecting an actual torque of the driving source; and a correcting means for a transmitted torque capacity in a vehicle stop period, which functions, when a stop state of the vehicle is determined in the traveling mode, to reduce the commanded hydraulic pressure from an initial commanded hydraulic pressure and to output, as a corrected commanded hydraulic pressure, the commanded hydraulic pressure when a change in the actual torque of the driving source along with the reduction of the commanded hydraulic pressure is determined as completed.

If the rpm of the motor generator is in increasing state, the prediction rpm operating section 153 operates a prediction rpm based on the moving average rpm in current and previous control periods.
