    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring capable of securing large capacity of an air chamber while adopting a piston made of resin, positively suppressing a leakage of compressed air in the air chamber, and simplifying a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The piston 30 of the air spring 17 is composed of a first piston body 34 having a mounting cylinder part 34a and a flange part 34b, and a second piston body 35 having a body cylinder part 35a and a blocking wall 35b. The body cylinder part 35a and the blocking wall 35b are integrated to enhance the rigidity of the second piston body 35 and to positively suppress the leakage of compressed air to the outside from the air chambers 31, 41. In a process for forming the piston 30, since the air chamber 31 is formed by performing mold stripping from the opposite side to the blocking wall 35b of the body cylinder part 35a, a post-process for forming the air chamber 31 is dispensed with to simplify the manufacturing process of the piston 30.
