    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which allows core materials to be easily positioned in a mold and allows a plurality of cores and a spacer to be accurately arranged in a molded resin, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A yoke part-side core material 2 is molded in a resin 3 to form split cores 11 and 12 each of which comprises left and right leg parts and a yoke part for connecting them. Cylindrical core mounting parts 41 and 42 extending from an outer periphery of an end surface of the yoke part-side core material are integrally formed on the left and right leg parts of the split cores. I-shaped leg part-side core materials 51 to 53 and a spacer 6 are mounted in the cylindrical core mounting parts formed on the left and right leg parts. The end surface of the yoke part-side core material molded in the resin 3 and end surface of the leg part-side core materials are disposed with the spacer 6 therebetween. Two split cores 11 and 12 have the leg parts butted against each other and are integrated to form an annular mold core 1, and a coil 100 is wound around the mold core 1.
