    • PURPOSE:To enable to perform winding and unwinding without deformation of a projection part and to facilitate storage and transportation, by a method wherein, while a liner pulled out of a holding means is reeled in a spiral manner as the liner is engaged with a winding reel, a long size object is located between the liners for storage. CONSTITUTION:With a starting switch made, a driving force is transferred to a winding reel from a rotary shaft 12 through a clutch, reels 15 and 15' are started to rotate at the same speed, and a liner 16 is wound around an engagement alit 13a in a reel 15 along with rotation. During such winding, sidelead rubber 20, discharged through an extruder, is moved from the right upper part to the left lower part, and is brought into contact with the outer surface of a liner 16b wound around the slit 13a, and is further wound around the reel 15 togetherwith a liner 16c positioned outside the rubber 20 and unwound from a liner drum 17. In this case, a projection part 20a of the sidelead 20 is spaced a given distance away from the liner 16. This causes the preobjection part 20a to be prevented from deformation, and enables to perform simple and easy winding and unwinding.

The method involves (1) molding the absorption body by sucking gas in which liquid absorptive fibers and the highly absorptive polymer are mixed, the suction being performed from gas suction holes in the bottom of a mold to layer the liquid absorptive fibers and the highly absorptive polymer on the bottom, and (2) after the molding and while the gas is not being supplied, reducing the thickness of the absorption body by sucking and removing the gas within the absorption body which is placed on a placement surface, the suction and removal of the gas being performed by sucking the gas from the suction holes in the placement surface, on which the absorption body is placed, and by reducing the gas pressure in the gaps between the fibers within the absorption body, which is present in the sucked gas, to a level lower than the gas pressure in the gaps between the fibers within the absorption body in the layers formed by the molding.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a protective sheet enclosed container hardly receiving sheet damage and having smooth surface, by interposing a mechanically foamed resin of rubber film between a container and a heat shrinkable protective sheet for enclosing said container while applying heat treatment to the whole in said state.
      CONSTITUTION: An aqueous emulsion or rubber latex is mechanically foamed by a foaming machine and the foamed aqueous emulsion or rubber latex is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the container. The coated aqueous emulsion or rubber latex is dried to form a foam contained resin film or rubber film. Subsequently, a heat shrinkable sheet is allowed to cover the dried coated container and heat treatment is subsequently applied to shrink the heat shrinkable sheet to tighten and enclose the container. By this method, a protective sheet enclosed container hardly receiving sheet damage and having a smooth surface can be prepared.
