CONSTITUTION:An adhesive assistant 19A such as tetrabutyl titanate is coated by a coating device 17 at one edge of a sheet member 10 by width corresponding to a strip 21 of heat-molten polyethylene. In addition, the adhesive assistant 19B is coated by a coating device 18 on the other side according to the same manner . The adhesive assistant 19A is dried and preheated by a heater 20 for melting to the strip 21. In addition, it is made possible to freely change coat width and coated spots by changing a coating roll 25 whenever the necessity arises for adhering continuously a strip 21 of heat-molten polyethylene on an adhesive assistant-coated part from a nozzle 22A and pressing a sheet member 10 onto a cooling roll 15A with the help of a pressure roll 14A.

    • PURPOSE:To join materials without the lowering of strength by a method wherein one of heterogeneous synthetic resins is made laser light absorbable while a latch groove is formed on the joint surface side of the other, both resins piled one upon another and irradiated and melted with a laser light so that the melt runs into the latch groove by a compressed air. CONSTITUTION:When heterogeneous synthetic resin materials are piled on upon another and joined together, at least the upper resin material 2 thereof 1 and 2 are made laser light absorbable while a latch groove 1b is formed on the joint surface 1a side of the lower synthetic resin material 1 and these materials are piled one upon another in such a manner that the tip face 2b of the upper synthetic resin material 2 is positioned above the latch groove 1b. Then, a laser light 5 is made to irradiate near the tip face 2b of the upper synthetic resin material 2 from a nozzle 4 to melt while a compressed gas is blown to the melted portion from a pipe 7 so that the melt 2c runs into the latch groove 1b of the lower synthetic resin material 1 to join both the materials togehter.
