    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a cable, a flexible pipe or the like cannot pass inside a rotating shaft, since a space area passing inside the rotating shaft cannot be secured. SOLUTION: A rotating device comprises a communication unit, having a transmission part including a coil 47; a magnetic body 46 covering the coil 47 and a conductive line with an insulating film 53 connected to the coil 47; and a receiving part which includes a coil 45; a magnetic body 44 covering the coil 45 and a conductive line with an insulating film 52 connected to the coil 45; and a bearing 41, connecting a hollow fixed member 40 and a hollow rotating member 42, and being rotatable with respect to the hollow fixed member 40, wherein the coil 47 and the coil 45 are formed so as to wind about the rotating axis S1 of the bearing 41; the magnetic body 46 and the magnetic body 44 face each other, with a gap G formed in a rotating axis S1 direction; and the communication unit is provided in the inside of the fixed member 40 and the rotating member 42.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device for a sealed space which can be applied to the sealed space whose interior is decompressed or compressed, can continuously supply power to the interior of the sealed space for a long period without opening the sealed space, has no risk of giving harmful effect to sealing performance of the sealed space due to secular change, and can be applied to the sealed space where a light shielding property is required.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission device includes: an inner holding tool 20 which is fixed on an inner surface of a partition wall 1a and holds a power receiving coil 16 by bringing it in close proximity to a power transmission wall 3; an outer holding tool 30 which is fixed on an outer surface of the partition wall 1a and holds a power feeding coil 12 by binging it in close proximity to the power transmission wall 3, and transmits power between the power feeding coil 12 and the power receiving coil 16 in a non-contact manner. Gaps are respectively provided between a power receiving surface 16a of the power receiving coil 16 and an inner surface of the power transmission wall 3, between a power feeding surface 12a of the power feeding coil 12 and an outer surface of the power transmission wall 3. The power transmission wall 3 deformed by decompression or compression of the sealed space 1 does not contact the power receiving surface 16a and the power feeding surface 12a.
