    • PURPOSE:To simplify the process and to reduce the cost by forming a hole to which one end of a shaft base material is fitted, on a body base material, combining both of them, executing back extrusion by a forming mold, and executing simultaneously the formation of the body and a coupling of the body and the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cup-shaped body base material 10 and a shaft base material 11 are prepared separately, and these base materials 10, 11 are brought to annealing and lubricating treatment. Subsequently, the body base material 10 is brought to forge working by a press machine, and a hole 10a to which one end of the shaft base material 11 can be fitted is formed in the center of the end face of the body base material 10. One end of the shaft base material 11 is fitted into this hole 10a, and it is inserted and attached in a forming metallic mold of the press machine. Subsequently, the body material 10 is deformed plastically by back extrusion by the press machine, a cup-shaped body part 12 is formed, and simultaneously, at the time of this back extrusion working, a fitting tip part 111 of the shaft base material 11 is expanded and elongated in the peripheral direction. In this way, the body part 12 and a shaft part 13 are coupled as one body. Subsequently, its finish forming is executed in order to raise the accuracy of an inside diameter part 12C of the body part 12.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a forging device that can form a inversely tapered concavity easily and easy to part a lower die by sliding a die held by the umbrella part at the tip of the rod and a die holder provided on the outer periphery of a lower die vertically along a tapered groove of the lower die and letting the die going in and out radially on the outer periphery of the lower die. CONSTITUTION:A concavity Gb is formed following the sequence of process shown by 3, 4, 5 in the figure on a material G1 cut to weight corresponding to the formed product of material G and heated to a temperature suitable for forging and a material 5b of the process 5 is obtained. Then, a lower die 2 is covered with the material 5b. An upper die 7 is lowered and the material G is fitted in the inner diameter 7a. At the same time, the opening of the material is forged to desired inversely tapered concavity by a die 4 positioned to a groove 2b in the upper part of the lower die by lowering pressure of the upper die 7 and inner diameter of the upper die. When the upper die 7 is raised, diameter of outer peripheral line connecting each die 4 in the groove part 2b is made smaller than inner diameter of the opening of the material. Under this condition, ascent of the lower die 2 is stopped and the upper die 7 is raised, and the material G is parted from the lower die 2 with the material G fitted in the upper die 7.

    • PURPOSE: To give reverse gradient accurately to a groove and, at the same time, make the inner circumference a spherical face by supporting a radially slidable liner by one die to plural grooves that have no reverse gradient ironing a material by another die.
      CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a part 1 by forging, the tip of a lock pin 11 at the center of a lower die 4 is set inside of a radial liner die 7 and covered with a preliminarily formed material 1' fitting a groove 2a to the die 7. As the groove 2a to has no reverse gradient, this fitting is easy. When an upper die is lowered, the outer circumference face 1b is ironed by a projected part 5, and reverse gradient is given accurately to the lower part of the groove 2a supported by the die 7. At the same time, the inner circumference face is formed by coining spherically. Next, when the pin 11 is lowered by a specified amount, the die 7 moves in centripetal direction being energized by a coil spring 10 and comes off from the groove 2. The part 1 is easily taken out from the die 7 by raising the die 3, and pushed out by downward movement of an eject pin.
