    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus capable of sanitarily, efficiently and surely washing and disinfecting especially the endoscope pipeline of a used endoscope, easily replacing a used degraded washing brush with an unused washing brush and preventing the degraded washing brush from being forgotten to be replaced or being erroneously used, and an endoscope pipeline washing brush unit. SOLUTION: The endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus comprises: an apparatus body with a washing tub where the endoscope is arranged for washing the endoscope pipeline of the endoscope with the washing brush; the endoscope pipeline washing brush unit which can be freely detachably disposed to the apparatus body and house the washing brush; a lid body freely openable and closable to the apparatus body for covering the washing tub and the endoscope pipeline washing brush unit; a fixing part for pressurizing and fixing the endoscope pipeline washing brush unit to the apparatus body in the state that the lid body closes the apparatus body; and a detection part for detecting that the endoscope pipeline washing brush unit is normally fixed to the apparatus body in the state of closing the lid body.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing/sterilizing device having a constitution which surely prevents the deformation of at least one of a rotating roller and a guide member resulting from a washing brush under an unused state from occurring, and at the same time, facilitates visual check of the state in the washing brush unit. SOLUTION: This washing brush unit 20 is equipped with a driving roller 34, a guide member 35, and a fixing member 36. In this case, the driving roller 34 feeds/returns the washing brush 100 between a washing brush housing chamber and a duct. The guide member 35 pinches the washing brush 100 with the driving roller 34 at a pinching contact position. The fixing member 36 fixes the guide member 35 at a separated position away from the driving roller 34 when the washing brush unit 20 is not fitted on the device main body. The device main body is equipped with a release pin which releases the positional fixation by the fixing means 36 and moves the guide member 35 to the pinching contact position when the washing brush unit 20 is fitted on the device main body.
