CONSTITUTION:A pallette on which cargos 4 are loaded, is set on a roller conveyor 5 at a predetermined position. Then, a control board 22 is manipulated to drive a drive shaft, a discharge conveyor 20, a table lifter 20, etc. in accordance with a predetermined procedure. With this arrangement a sheet pallette carrier vehicle 7 moves leftward to press the pallette by means of a pallette pusher. Thereby the pallette slides on a roller conveyor 5 and shifts onto the discharge conveyor. Since the cargos 4 on the pallette is inhibited from moving due to the provision of a stationary face plate 17, and therefore, they are shifted onto a sheet pallette in association with the displacement of the pallette. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent the cargos from collapsing and being damaged.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a solvent for a dye in a pressure-sensitive paper, free of unpleasant smell, ensuring little fading, having excellent color developing speed and developed color density and capable of being manufactured inexpensively, by using a specified fraction of a heavy component obtained in the process of alkylating toluene by ethylene in the presence of a synthetic zeolite catalyst.
      CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for alkylation is synthetic zeolite, namely, crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite. A particularly preferred catalyst is ZSM-5 type synthetic zeolite. On alkylation, a reaction liquid comprising unreacted toluene, ethyltoluene, polyethyltoluene and a heavy component is obtained. Next, unreacted toluene, ethyltoluene and polyethyltoluene are distilled off from the reaction liquid to obtain the heavy component having a boiling point of not lower than 250°C. Then, the heavy component is subjected to distillation to obtain a fraction having a boiling point of 270W350°C, preferably, 275W320°C. The fraction thus obtained is free of unpleasant smell, and ensures little fading of a color-developed dye and a stable color hue.
