    • PURPOSE:To prevent fixing of tar an so on to between a valve and a storage recess part in an exhaust device of a two-cycle engine in which exhaust timing is controlled through arrangement of the valve in the storage recess part formed in the neighborhood of a main exhaust port by projecting a partition wall between an auxiliary exhaust passage and a main exhaust passage into the storage recess part. CONSTITUTION:A main exhaust port 3d and a pair of auxiliary exhaust ports 3e are opened at the part upper than a scavenge port 3c of a cylinder 3a in a two-cycle engine 1, and a storage recess part 11 is formed at the lower stream part adjacent to the main exhaust port 3d of a cylinder body 3 so that it crosses the upper part of a main exhaust passage 3f. And a valve 12 is rotatably inserted and arranged in the storage recess part 11 so as to make exhaust timing variable by rotating it according to an engine revolution number. In this case, a partition wall 3h forming a boundary between the main exhaust passage 3f and an auxiliary exhaust passage 3g is extended inward to a circular part 11b of the storage recess part 11 and projected into the circular part 11b. By this, exhaust gas is restrained from flowing from the main exhaust port 3d through a gap between the valve 12 and the storage recess part 11, and fixing of tar an so on is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a motorcycle itself and other motorcycles from being polluted by exhaust drain from the motorcycle itself by arranging a drain exhaust hose connected to the rear and lower part of an exhaust pipe, through a space above a rear wheel, inside a license bracket, and forming an opening downward therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A tail cowl 7 is provided behind the passenger seat 6 of a motorcycle, while a mud guard 10 and a license bracket 11 are installed below those components respectively. Further, below them are disposed the tapered pipe 17b and the straight pipe 17c of a muffler pipe composing an exhaust pipe respectively. A drain exhaust hose 25 is connected to a short pipe 24, which is connected to the straight pipe 17c in this constitution. The drain exhaust hose 25 is arranged inside a license supporting part 11b through the inner part of a direction indicator 26 attached on the license bracket 11, then the rear end opening of the hose is arranged on the lower end of the license supporting part 11b.

    • PURPOSE: To guide an overflowing fuel to a desired position by installing an elastic guide member on a flange connection part, and forming a fuel guide passage in it in a fuel tank comprising an upper and a lower tank members connected to each other at flanges formed at peripheries of them. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank 14 disposed roughly at a center part of a subsidiary frame 2b of a steel pipe extended diagonally upward to compose a car body frame of a motor-bicycle is composed by connecting a plate-shaped upper tank member 15 and a lower tank member 16 respectively having flange parts 15a, 16a at peripheries at the flange parts 15a, 16a to each other. In this case, a guide member 17 of rubber having a roughly U-letter shaped plan view is installed on a flange 14 (15a, 16a) of the fuel tank 14. A circumferential wall 17a extended upward is formed on a outer circumferential edge part, and a flange installation groove 17b is formed on an inner circumferential surface in the guide member 17. A hose 18 is connected to an insertion hole 17d formed in a curvature part 17f of the guide member 17 for communication.
