    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a keypad to be moved to an arbitrary position, to adjust the number of keypads arbitrarily so as to allow the system to cope easily with even the case that number of attendants is not constant. SOLUTION: Each of keypads 11a-11n is provided with plural operation keys and microphones or the like and makes optical communication with optical transmission reception controllers 12a-12m via an infrared-ray transmission reception section. Each of the optical transmission reception controllers 12a-12m is provided with plural optical transmission reception elements 14 that send/ receive a light within different angular ranges, a changeover device 13 is used to sequentially select the optical transmission reception elements 14 to provide an output of control information to the keypads 11a-11n. A host computer 15 is connected to the optical transmission reception controllers 12a-12m and discriminates their positions by a questionnaire request from a keypad for allowing a TV camera 16 to be directed in the direction of the party making the questionnaire. Furthermore, the host computer 15 permits a question to the keypad which receives the questionnaire and sends a voice signal of the party making the questionnaire received from a microphone to a lecture room, together with a video signal from the TV camera 16.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the movement of a terminal and adjustment at a newly subscribing time by adjusting a branch monitoring output with the directional coupler of a receiving signal to a data terminal and further subscribing a television receiver through a band-pass filter to a network. CONSTITUTION:When the adjustment of a receiving signal level in respective data terminals 32a, 32b,... is executed, a reference signal is generated in a reference signal generator 35 and sent through a head end 34 to a transmission path 31. The receiving signal inputted to a signal level adjustor 11a is supplied to a distributor 16 and a signal in a data signal side is divided from a transmission signal through a divider 17 and further, it is distributed to a data terminal 13 and a monitoring terminal 14 through a demultiplexer 18 and a directional coupler 21. Here, a level which the terminal 32a needs is adjusted by a variable attenuator 19. A transmission signal level is adjusted by a variable attenuator 20. Further, a signal distributed to a TV signal side by the distributor 16 is supplied through a BPF22 to a television receiver terminal 15. Thus, the movement of the terminal and the adjustment at the newly subscribing time can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To establish a circuit with a host computer without being conscious of the address and the port number of a remote terminal subscribing device by providing a terminal subscribing device for controlling host computer circuit to the one host computer at the time of executing communication with the host computer. CONSTITUTION:Plural terminal subscribing devices 1a... supply a logical virtual circuit for transmitting 1 to 1 data selectable and arbitrary object to terminal equipment 6a... and host computer ports 11a... connected to them respectively. A user establishes the logical virtual circuit by a command input from the used terminal equipment at the time of starting data transmitting with a remote terminal equipment and a host computer, and executes the data transmitting with the remote terminal equipment and the host computer. On the initial setting of a system, that is, at the time of connecting terminal subscribing devices 1c and 1d to a host computer 10, the user command-inputs the address of the devices 1c and 1d, a port number and the host computer circuit information of a port using state from terminal equipment 6e connected to a terminal subscribing device 1b for controlling host computer circuit and writes the host computer circuit information to a non-volatile memory in the device 1b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera video image transmission system that can prevent production of a switching noise at a low cost. SOLUTION: A center device 30 uses a modulator 36 to modulate a synchronizing signal from a synchronizing signal generator 35 with a carrier frequency fs, outputs the modulated signal to a down link of a 2-way transmission line 24 and distributes the signal to monitor cameras 21a, 21b,... Two-way filters and demodulators 40a, 40b demodulate the distributed synchronizing signal. The monitor cameras 21a, 21b,... output a video signal synchronously with the synchronizing signal to modulators 22a, 22b,..., which modulate the video signal with carrier frequencies f1, f2,... and the modulated signal is outputted to an up link of the 2-way transmission line 24 and fed to the center device 30. A 2-way filter 31 extracts the received video signal in the center device 30 and demodulators 33a, 33b demodulate the extracted video signal while selecting the signal for each prescribed time on the basis of the synchronizing signal from the synchronizing signal generator 35 and the monitor TVs 34a, 34b display the demodulated signal.
