At an end part of each of the coil bobbins 22 which are connected with each other in a state where the core members 14 are disposed so as to be linked and form an annular shape, positioning parts, which determine relative positions of the legs of the core members 14 facing each other through the gap part, and window parts, which allow a melted resin to flow into the gap part during insert molding, are formed.
