    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress a decline in adhesive strength between a core material and a spacer even in an environment with severe temperature change.
      SOLUTION: The spacer 116 has concave portions 118a and 118b to be filled with an adhesive on the faces to be in contact with core materials. A U-core material 12 and an I-core material 14 are adhered and fixed to each other through the spacer 116. There are walls flush with each other around the concave portions 118a and 118b, which suppress linear expansion of the adhesive in the lateral direction. The concave portions 118a and 118b may be through-holes that lead to the faces to be in contact with each core material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dust core and a manufacturing method of a reactor core by which a bonding surface of a core material constituting the reactor core, etc., opposed to a gap plate is effectively treated without damaging the core material and consequently the peeling strength (shearing strength) of the core material with respect to the gap plate can be enhanced.
      SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the dust core includes a fist process of manufacturing a first intermediate as a powder compact by compacting, in a shaping die, a powder mixture obtained by mixing and agitating soft magnetic metal powder and resin powder, a second process of manufacturing a second intermediate by etching part or the whole of a surface of the first intermediate with an acid aqueous solution such as an aqueous phosphoric acid solution, and a third process of manufacturing the dust core by annealing the second intermediate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor core enhancing the durability with respect to the thermal cycle of an adhesive layer, without deteriorating the static strength of the reactor core itself, and also to provide a reactor.
      SOLUTION: A reactor core 10 is formed of a plurality of core materials (U-shaped cores 1 and 1, I-shaped cores 2,...) having magnetism and a gap plate 3 interposed in between the adjacent core materials and having non-magnetism. In the reactor core 10, the opposing surfaces of the core materials 1 and 2 and the opposing surfaces of the gap plate 3 are fixed via an adhesive layer 4. At least one of the opposing surfaces of both the core materials 1 and 2 and the gap plate 3 is formed into a projected shape, in which the center or the substantially the center of the opposing surface is projected the most; and consequently, the thickness of the adhesive layer 4 is larger, as going toward its end portion, starting from the center or from substantially the center of the adhesive surface.
