    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly process products and scraps punched from plate materials to prevent them from clogging between rollers in roll press die cutting.SOLUTION: A plate material 2 is fed from a sheet roll 2A at a feed unit 7. A core sheet 3 being a product and a scrap 3A are punched by press rollers 13, 14 of a roll press unit 8, and a half die cutting state is made in the plate material 2 where the core sheet 3 and the scrap 3A are partially separated. The core sheet 3 and the scrap 3A are completely separated from the plate material 2 by bringing a pad 16 of an ejector 9 into abutment with the plate material 2 half-punched at a product separation unit 9. The plate material 2 after separating the core sheet 3 and the scrap 3A is wound up by a winding unit 10. Thereby, the core sheet 3 can be continuously produced. When separating the core sheet 3 and the scrap 3A, the plate material 2 is not sandwiched between the rollers, so that the core sheet 3 and the scrap 3A do not clog the rollers.

By performing spinning while eccentrically arranging a pipe axis of the metal pipe body to be processed and a revolution axis of the processing rollers, an eccentric exhaust system part for an automobile can be manufactured at low cost.
