      SOLUTION: In a processing method for treatment of biomass material containing lignin with pressurized hot water by a screw extruder, in order to maintain the pressure of the pressurized hot water treatment unit 7 equal to or higher than the pressure which keeps the pressurized hot water, the temperature of materials in the downstream sealing portion 9 installed downstream of the pressurized hot water treatment unit 7 is lowered below the boiling point of liquid components, such as water, contained in the system. The liquid components contained in the biomass material are therefore stabilized as liquid and the capacity to maintain the pressure in the downstream sealing portion 9 is increased.

      SOLUTION: A lubricating oil supply passage 64 is formed in a cylinder block 2 for supplying the lubricating oil to a sliding part between the cylinder block 2 and an output shaft 13. The lubricating oil discharged from its sliding part passes through between inner-outer races of a ball bearing 21, and is further supplied to the one-way clutch 30. Two auxiliary lubricating oil supply passages 62 and 63 opening toward the one-way clutch 30, are formed in the cylinder block 2 separately from the lubricating oil supply passage 64. A plurality of through-holes are formed in a ring gear 20 for separating the one-way clutch 30 from the cylinder block 2. The lubricating oil flowing out of the through-holes is directly supplied to the one-way clutch 30 via these through-holes from the auxiliary lubricating oil supply passages 62 and 63.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure capable of suppressing air bubble mixing and sludge accumulation owing to oil surface agitation of the lubricating oil, in a rotating power transmission mechanism for starting an internal combustion engine, which transmits one-directional rotating power by a starting motor via a one-way clutch for the rotational output shaft of the internal combustion engine, and prevents transmission of rotating power in the opposite direction.
      SOLUTION: In this lubricating structure, an oil return hole 12d is provided in a central range 12c of a ring gear 12. Even when the rotation of the ring gear 12 is stopped, along with stopping a starting motor after the completion of starting the internal combustion engine, the lubrication oil stored in a portion upper than a first oil seal member 32 can be easily discharged from the oil return hole 12d to an oil pan 36 side. Thus, the oil level of the lubricating oil stored between the ring gear 12 and an outer race member 14 is not raised. Accordingly, the oil level hardly reaches the outer race 30 rotating during operation of the internal combustion engine or the one-way clutch 20. Therefore, the air bubble mixture or sludge accumulation owing to the oil surface agitation can be suppressed.

Even though the pinion gear 110 does not intermesh with the ring gear at this time, the phase position matches when internal combustion engine is initially started and they automatically intermesh with each other by the bias force of the compression spring 112. Thus, it is unnecessary to work phase matching for intermeshing the pinion gear 110 with the ring gear in spite of being the assembly of starting torque transmitting mechanism for the normally intermeshed internal combustion engine. Therefore, the subject is achieved.
