    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for obtaining a structure suitable for an external output of a sliding motion between proteins in a living body.
      SOLUTION: The composition contains a first unit having a microcarrier having a three-dimensional surface and one or more first proteins having one end fixed to the surface of the microcarrier and a second unit containing two or more second proteins developing a sliding motion to the first proteins. Since containing the first unit and the second unit, these proteins are aggregated under a fixed condition to form an aggregate in which the first unit is aggregated through the second unit. According to the composition, a sliding movement is produced as an interaction between these proteins and a motion such as contraction, expansion, etc., is induced in the aggregate by the caused sliding motion.
