    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-implanting method which is suitable and simple for observation, research and screening of cells and researches of cellular interaction and a method for preparing a cellular tissue utilizing the method. SOLUTION: In the cell-implanting method, an implanting substrate using a light-fixing material capable of performing light deformation and exhibiting fixing ability to a minute article arranged on the surface when irradiated with light in at least surface layer part is constituted. The method for implanting cells comprises carrying out (A) a light fixing step for fixing a cell-implanting element exhibiting adhesive property or binding property to an unspecified or specific cell to the surface of the implanting substrate by irradiation with light and (B) an implanting step for implanting the cell by bringing the unspecified or the specific cell or cell group into contact with the light-fixed cell-implanting element. The method for preparing the cellular tissue comprises further carrying out a step for preparing a cellular sheet or tissue by proliferation or differentiation of the implanted cell or cell group and recovering the cellular sheet or tissue.
