    • PURPOSE:To perform positioning accurately in a short time by commanding a pulse motor, directly connected to each of a plurarity of rotary shafts of rotary switches, to move to a contact of the switch to be brought into contact and detecting a stop position for its deviation set to zero. CONSTITUTION:A driver 4 of a pulse motor PM5, directly connected to a rotary shaft of two or more rotary switches RS7, is controlled through an input/output unit 2 by a program of a computer 1. The pulse motor PM5, selected in its PM number by a pulse motor number select means 17, detects a contact position of the switch RS7 in that time by a rotary switch position detecting means 12, and a movement to a contact in the switch RS7 to be brought into contact is commanded from an RS moving contact position command means 11. A fixed position decision means 13 of RS compares command information from the command means 11 with information from the position detecting means 12, when a difference is generated, the means 13 calculates a position deviation, obtaining a differential pulse driving the motor PM5 by a pulse motor driving means 15. Further a stop position correcting means 16 corrects a position of the motor PM5 after it is stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically stamp an automatically examinable color bar on a tube, by processing stamping data by a control means to form data for controlling a stamping means and performing the motion control of the stamping means to automatically select a character and a color bar code. CONSTITUTION:The stamping data of a character to be stamped is inputted to a control apparatus 1 from a communication line 2 or an external memory apparatus 3, and at the same time, said stamping data is displayed on a display device 4 to confirm that there is no error and subsequently processed by the control apparatus 1 to be converted to the control data of a tube stamping apparatus 8. At this time, the character data is converted to color bar code data which is, in turn, sent to a tube stamping apparatus 8 along with the character data through control wiring 5. On the basis of the character and color bar code data received from the control apparatus 1, the printing/stamping of characters such as alpha-numerics and that of the color bar code having the predetermined color corresponding to said alpha-numerics can be embossed to the outer periphery of a tube 7 automatically and accurately.

    • PURPOSE: To perform the work of economically continuously coating a workpiece having an irregular configuration, by driving a spray gun in a period of time when the workpiece to be coated is detected, and reversing its moving direction when the workpiece is not detected any more.
      CONSTITUTION: When a workpiece 31 to e coated is carried to a position just below a reflex electronic sensor 35 by a conveyer 40, an output signal from the photoelectric sensor 35 is sent to a controlling computer 38 to coat the workpiece 3 to be coated by the motion of a coating robot 32 on the basis of a decoded signal. When the photoelectric sensor 34 does not detect the workpiece 31 to be coated any more, the robot 32 reverses the moving direction of a spray gun 34. Thus, the work of coating the workpiece to be coated even which has an irregular configuration can be uniformly, economically and efficiently performed.
