    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airflow generator, which is mountable on a mounting surface with a curved surface without being damaged by warpage of the mounting surface, and which has superior resistance against discharge generated between electrodes and is usable for a long period of time, and to provide a method of manufacturing the airflow generator and a wind power generation system.SOLUTION: The airflow generator includes an insulation base formed by impregnating an epoxy resin to a mica paper and curing the epoxy resin, a first electrode embedded in the insulation base, and a second electrode disposed closer to the surface side of the insulation base than the first electrode while interposing a portion of the insulation base between the second electrode and the first electrode, wherein the airflow is generated by applying a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode to thereby generate the electrical discharge.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold vacuum valve which achieves the reduction of stress in an insulating layer provided on the outer periphery thereof.SOLUTION: The mold vacuum valve comprises: a vacuum insulation container (1) housing a pair of contacts which are freely brought into contact with/separated from each other; sealing fittings (2, 3) sealed to both end openings of the vacuum insulation container (1); metal caps (6, 9) provided so as to cover sealing portions between the vacuum insulation container (1) and the sealing fittings (2, 3); conductive elastic members (7, 10) which are compressed at a predetermined pressure and are fixed between the sealing fittings (2, 3) and the metal caps (6, 9) in a contact manner; and an insulating layer (11) made of a thermosetting resin, which is formed on the outer periphery of the vacuum insulation container (1) including the metal caps (6, 9).
