      SOLUTION: In the communication system, client terminals VC11-VCnn are grouped and while storing in a storage device DB a group table, wherein the group is made correspondent to IP address and connection information of the client terminals VC11-VCnn, the group table in the storage device DB is referenced in initiation using an application server 10, so that only a client terminal VC11, VC21-VCn1 that becomes a representative of each group is notified about an IP address of the application server 10. Connection information is then determined by the application server 10 to be set to the client terminal VC11, VC21-VCn1 that becomes the representative, and corresponding connection information is transmitted from the application server 10 to the client terminal VC11, VC21-VCn1.

A condition estimation part 5, a condition memory 6, and a condition prediction part 7 estimate an optimum value of the transform parameter to estimate the current road plane using the transform parameter obtained by the image collation part 4 as an input and using a Kalman filter.
