    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information that supports determination of a planned position for indwelling a stent graft in order to reduce leakage from a gap between an end of the stent graft indwelled within a blood vessel and an inner wall of the blood vessel.SOLUTION: A medical image processor comprises: an image storing section for storing data of an image of a region including an aneurysm of a subject; a blood vessel extracting section for extracting a blood vessel wall region from the image; a blood vessel diameter change rate etc. calculating section for calculating, on the basis of the extracted blood vessel wall region, a blood vessel diameter change rate, a blood vessel curvature and a blood vessel oblateness respectively on a neck part of the aneurysm for a plurality of discrete points on the blood vessel wall region; a not-recommended point extracting section for extracting, from the plurality of discrete points, a not-recommended point where at least one of the blood vessel diameter change rate, the blood vessel curvature and the blood vessel oblateness exceeds respective thresholds; a not-recommended region determining section for determining a not-recommended region which is not recommended for indwelling of the stent graft for the anuerysm in accordance with a point string region of the extracted not-recommended points ; and a display section for displaying the not-recommended region over the stored image.
