    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-proof material that combines high dust proof property which does not allow dusts including radioactive materials to enter into clothing and air permeability which allows comfortable work, and that is also easy to dispose with and can be reduced in volume by biodegradation after use, a dust proof wear, an effective method of disposing the dust proof wear which is intended for separation of radioactive materials adhering to the wear after use.SOLUTION: The biodegradable dust-proof material comprises a laminated sheet containing a nonwoven fabric composed of a fiber (for example, polylactic acid fiber) having biodegradability, where the air permeability of the laminated sheet is 10 sec or less, and the collection efficiency of fine particles having a particle size of 0.3 μm or greater is at least 80%. Also provided are a dust-proof wear using the material, and a method of disposing the dust-proof wear which is characterized in that the volume thereof is reduced by mixing the dust-proof wear having radioactive materials adhering thereto with soil or compost.
