摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up cooling module that can suppress vertical movement of a heat exchanger (radiator, condenser or the like) with respect to a fan shroud. SOLUTION: The built-up cooling module 10 is an assembly of the heat exchangers 13 and 14 in the fan shroud 12, wherein plates constituting tank parts of the heat exchangers 13 and 14 have a horizontally protruding projected portion 28, vertically extending plates 19 of the fan shroud 12 have a recessed portion 29 comprising a hole, a recess or a notch, at a portion corresponding to the projected portion 28, and the projected portion 28 is fitted in the recessed portion 29. The heat exchangers are a radiator 13 or a condenser 14. An upper plate 15 and a lower plate 16 of the fan shroud 12 are coupled with vertically extending coupling members 30. A gap between side plates 24 and 26 and the upper plate 15 of the fan shroud 12 is stopped with a spacer 31.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive type fan coupling device which enables temperature control with higher accuracy based upon the atmospheric temperature. SOLUTION: The introducing amount of viscous fluid introduced between a rotor 52 and a housing 54 to transmit driving force from the rotor 52 to the housing 54 is adjusted by rotational displacement of a rotating valve 61. While a bimetal 62 sensing the atmospheric temperature is provided outside a housing 54, a bimetal 21 sensing the temperature in the housing is provided inside it. The bimetal 62 is deformed by sensing the atmospheric temperature so that the bimetal 21 is rotationally displaced. While receiving rotational displacement from the bimetal 62, the bimetal 21 itself is deformed by sensing the inside temperature of the housing 54 so as to rotationally displace the rotating valve 61 by taking the displacement into account as the displacement in the direction opposite to the rotational displacement from the bimetal 62. By so doing, the influence exerted by temperature rise of the housing 54 is compensated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the restart performance of an engine and the idle safety by increasing the discharge pressure of a pump by introducing the pressure in a pressure accumulating tank for keeping the position pressure generated during engine revolution into a fuel-pressure regulator through a selector valve on high-temperature start. CONSTITUTION:During engine operation, if a key switch 82 is switched to OFF-position to stop engine, the cooling operation by a cooling fan, etc. can not be provided, and the fuel temperature which a temperature sensing part 84 detects through the remaining of the engine rises. If the engine is started again during this temperature rise period, the temperature sensing switch 84 is turned-ON, and a pressure dividing point (p) is grounded and set to L-level, and then the reversal by an inverter 86 is carried-out, and a transistor 88 is put into electric conduction and a selector valve 60 is set at the black port position. Therefore, the control pressure chamber 38 of a pressure regulator 62 communicates to a pressure accumulator 62, and a positive pressure is generated, and the discharge pressure of a pump 26 is increased on the basis of the operation characteristic of a pressure regulator 30 for controlling the differential pressure of a diaphragm 32 to a constant value.

SOLUTION: A silicone oil 16 having an electrical insulation property is filled in the inside of a sealed container 10 to receive multiple batteries 14, and a coolant pipe arrangement 15 to cool the silicone oil 16 is installed in the sealed container 10. Thereby, the batteries 14 can be cooled through the silicone oil 16 cooled by the coolant pipe arrangement 15. Since the silicone oil 16 is liquid, it can uniformly come into direct contact with the entire outside surfaces of the batteries 14, so that the entire outside surfaces of the multiple batteries 14 can uniformly be cooled.

Engagement between the gears 1 and 2 is disengaged by spring force of a spring member 5, and the water pump main body P1 is not rotated, so that circulation of cooling water is stopped to prevent an engine E from being excessively cooled. After warm-up, when the advance timing oil pressure from the OCV becomes larger than the retard timing oil pressure, the gears 1 and 2 are engaged with each other by the oil pressure converter 6, so that normal engine cooling action can be conducted.

SOLUTION: A battery 1 is held by a battery holding frame 3a composed of a heat transfer plate 31 mounting the battery 1, a second heat transfer plate 321 tightly fitted to a side surface 101 of the battery 1 erected on the heat transfer plate 31, and a duct line 33 tightly fitted to a bottom of the heat transfer plate 31. Heat of the battery 1 is directly absorbed by heat conduction through the heat transfer plates 31, 321 and a duct wall of the duct line 33 without the intermediary of are e.g. by circulating a heat transportation material by a distribution means 2 in the duct line 33. An effective temperature adjustment is realized with a simple structure by constructing a case 6 which encloses the battery holding frame 3a holding the battery 1 with a heat insulator so as not to be effected from the outside air.
