    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle driving device capable of lubricating and cooling constituent components such as a gear group and also capable of surely feeding lubricating oil to a reservoir tank by avoiding the interference with peripheral components.
      SOLUTION: Three shafts, namely, a motor shaft 1a of an electric motor 1 being a driving source, a countershaft 4 being a secondary shaft, and a differential gear shaft 7 fixed to the axle 110 of a vehicle, and the gear groups 2, 3, 5, and 6, which are connected to any one of the three shafts 1a, 4, and 7 and transmit the driving force of the electric motor 1 to the axle 110, are provided in a case 8. The motor shaft 1a is arranged to the vehicle rear side from the differential gear shaft 7. A reservoir chamber 8a, which reservoirs the lubricating oil L at the lower part of the case, and the reservoir tank 9, which reservoirs the lubricating oil L scraped up by the gear 3 immersed in the lubricating oil L in the reservoir chamber 8a, are provided in the case 8.
